Important: Exercise Form Coach is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The App provides general fitness guidance and should not be considered medical advice. You should:

Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program.
Stop exercising immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort.
Not rely solely on the App for exercise form assessment.
Understand that AI-based form analysis has limitations and may not detect all form issues.

You exercise at your own risk. Exercise Form Coach and its developers are not liable for any injuries or health issues that may result from following the App's guidance.

4. User Accounts and Data

The App may store workout data locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any data stored within the App.

5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The App may offer in-app purchases or credit packages. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies. Prices are displayed before purchase and may vary by region.

All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Credits or purchased features are non-transferable.
Refund requests must be directed to Apple through their standard refund process.

6. Camera and Device Access

The App requires access to your device camera to provide exercise form analysis. Camera data is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted to external servers for form analysis purposes. You may revoke camera access at any time through your device settings, though this will limit the App's functionality.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the property of Exercise Form Coach and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without prior written consent.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality.
Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others.
Share your account or credentials with others.
Use automated systems or bots to interact with the App.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exercise Form Coach and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of data, or loss of profits, arising from your use of the App.

16. Apple-Specific Terms

This App is licensed, not sold, to you. Your license is subject to your prior acceptance of these Terms. The following additional terms apply to your use of the App through the Apple App Store:

These Terms are between you and Exercise Form Coach only, not with Apple. Exercise Form Coach is solely responsible for the App and its content.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App.
In the event of any failure of the App, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price (if any). Apple has no other warranty obligation.
Apple is not responsible for any claims relating to the App, including product liability, regulatory compliance, or intellectual property claims.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
